Description
A brisk challenging Allegro here offered in two keys, the original G Major and C Major.
As in all the Scarlatti sonatas in this collection they are fully fingered but in this case right hand fingering is also indicated and should be adhered to in order to perform this work at the a quick tempo. Aside from tempo differences common to comparisons between keyboard and guitar interpretations (guitarists being notoriously slower) keyboard players often remark that an arrangement may sound very low. The classical guitar being a tenor instrument this is obvious-hence my arrangement in C Major.
